Excellent service from Luna! The suite was spacious with a beautiful Ha Long Bay view. However, the toilet smelled terrible and made the whole room unpleasant. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed to improve the overall experience.

Luxury equals to Diana. European style interior with best amenities. The only issue I got as a Indian pure vegetarian is that options are not good and the food has less options for Indians.

It was a wonderful trip, the room was excellent, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The view from the window was amazing. The food was delicious, though it was a shame that drinks weren't included. To fully experience everything, a two-day stay would have been ideal.

The cruise was neat and clean, but unfortunately, the tour guides on the trip were dismissive. There was no initiative from the staff, and activities on board were very limited, especially in the evening. The traditional dress tea party on the second morning was a complete failure as guests found themselves without a guide to explain things. The internet on the cruise was terrible; we felt completely isolated. The food, especially lunch and dinner, was varied and acceptable. The tour itself lacked beach stops and some sand activities or swimming.

We enjoyed our 3d/2n stayed aboard Diana a lot. First - boat is like new so everything was very nice. Our room was spacious (especially for a boat), clean, and well stocked. We had a nice patio to enjoy the view. They do give you 2 small bottles of water daily but they also have refill stations on every floor. They had activities on the boat plus a pool in the back for relaxation. Food was great on the boat, one night was set course and the other night was a buffet. Lots of options for vegetarians and they seemed very flexible with your dietary restrictions. Service was very nice. Definitely worth doing 2n since 1n would be too short in our opinion. It is a big boat so lots of people but honestly since there was so much space around, it never felt too crowded. Overall 10/10 and something worth doing with Diana.

Positives: Extremely clean and well maintained Luxury feel in the cabins Food buffet is large with many options Negatives: -Internet is bad it works sometimes and sometimes not -One chef was mixing the lamb spoon with shrimp which is not safe for allergic people like me, I skipped the lamb all together after seeing that. It’s probably a mistake by the chef but I thought I’ll mention that
