a very good boutique hotel, in heart of district 1, excellent breakfast. a big thanks to Tim (night front office) very helpful to print off my docs, deliver food to do it, good service no question asked and Tina on front desk. happy and helpful, frequent visitor to Saihon will use again.. very good breakfast!!

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the hotel staff during my stay. Several employees came across as arrogant and unhelpful, especially at the front desk. Instead of providing assistance, they often made me feel as if my questions and requests were an inconvenience. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel in this price range. I hope management will address this issue and provide better training in customer service and basic courtesy. Anyway, it should be last time I will visit this hotel.

Overall the breakfast options are limited, unlike previously the variety of breakfast are a lot in previous years. Overall still good experience here

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff especially Hannie in the restaurant, who put in a lot of effort to provide a good service. To recommend
