CapsuleTransit Landside - Airport Hotel - Public Area - Gateway KLIA T2, Lvl 1

The hotel is in a very convenient location. If you have an early morning flight, especially a midnight flight, this hotel is a good choice as it is located right on the ground floor. However, it can be a little noisy at night because some guests can be quite loud. The hotel provides towels, toothbrushes, slippers, earplugs, sleep masks, and drinking water. They also offer luggage storage, which is free for guests staying at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service.

First of all front desk is super helpful and friendly .. the location is great and the room was clean bathroom is with amenity overall this is my first choice for my next stay

Comfy for short stay to freshen up before next flight. In KLIA2. Sufficient for solo traveller.

Stayed in the Queen Bed capsule. It was clean, comfortable, and had a charging socket plus a small mirror/table. Amenities provided: towel, brush, eye mask, earplugs, and shower slippers. Luggage storage available. Shared bathroom had a hair dryer. Simple but everything you need for a rest. Would recommend!

Need improvement in cleanliness of bed. Some of the lockers cannot be shut tightly, mostly due to wear and tear. Need regular maintenance. Strategic location if you are catching late night or early morning flight. Otherwise bed is comfy

The capsule room just to low for an adult to enter. The door is make of paper rolling like a roller shutter but cannot be lock. Very inconvenience if you wish to go to toilet or shower, you must bring your valuble items.

Enjoyed our 5hrs stay here. The capsule was super comfy. We had 8hrs transit better sleep here at least can rest.
