Don't forget to grab the free DHC skincare set in the lobby when you check in. The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor, and the express elevator takes you right down to the 1st floor where you'll find the station and a mall with everything you could need. The only downside was that I didn't find any discounts on Lululemon. Also, Montbell doesn't offer tax refunds here, but the one in Namba does.

Fantastic location! Downstairs, there's a huge variety of shops and restaurants, and public transportation is incredibly convenient. I stayed in a room with a view, and it offered a panoramic look at the bustling city.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping malls nearby, including Hankyu and Hanshin right next door. There's a microwave on the 19th floor. I booked an executive room on the top floor, which grants access to the executive lounge where you can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, and other beverages. It's very quiet and I'm extremely satisfied.

We stayed on the 26th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. Our room also had an air purifier with a humidifying function, which was really practical. The cleanliness was spot on. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of Osaka, making shopping and dining, whether in malls or small shops, fantastic. The malls also have great discounts in the evenings, which is super convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs from the theater, and we just hopped on it for a quick nap and were at Kansai T1 in no time. Staying here makes getting around incredibly easy.

The breakfast was impressive, they even had freshly carved steak. The room was spacious, and the location was convenient for getting around. Great value for money!

The transportation is incredibly convenient. Located at the Umeda transportation hub in Osaka, you can take the electric railway directly to various attractions within the city, and even do day trips to Kobe, Nara, and Kyoto. The room is also very spacious, clean, and tidy.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Umeda, and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is on the 19th floor, and all the guest rooms are above the 21st floor. Floors 13-16 have dining options at the LUCA department store, which is also a good choice. The hotel offers great views; you can see mountains in the distance, though the window was a bit blurry on a rainy day. Daimaru department store is right on the 1st floor. Umeda has four train stations, and you can take the Midosuji Line (M line) four stops to Shinsaibashi or Namba for 240 yen – great for shopping and dining. On my last day, the HARUKA train took about an hour to the airport. Overall, it's incredibly convenient.
