I chose this hotel based on location and the pictures shown and it's as true as advertised and more! Impressed by the full amenities provided in the room. The bath area were spotless and almost all essential items were provided, making my luggage preparation so much lighter. Good security access system. Right next to all the major shopping departments and the extensive transportation system. Club lounge access were wonderful and the delicate treats provided are so enjoyable. The staff are professional and discreet. The housekeeping team is warm and diligent. Will visit again with my family.

Breakfast was great with a special service of preparing in a lunch box for my early morning flight schedule the location is very good too

In fact, the Daimaru department store, where the famous Osaka Pokemon Centre is located, is just right below the hotel, providing fantastic entertainment for families and fans alike.  Beyond the unbeatable location, the hotel itself offers a wonderful stay. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort after a long day of exploring the city. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or local recommendations. The facilities are top-notch, featuring a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing lounge area where guests can unwind.  The breakfast buffet also deserves a special mention, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes to start the day right.  Overall, this hotel perfectly combines convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Whether you are visiting Osaka for the first time or are a seasoned traveler, I highly recommend staying here.
