Li Congcong at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I wasn't entirely fond of my room's layout, and she proactively showed me other rooms until I found one I liked. Five-star service, I'll definitely be back next time!

Great hotel, rooms are very big and spacious, but are also perhaps a little outdated. Location is convenient if you need to be near the train station , but it's about a 20-30 minute taxi from anything worth visiting in zhengzhou. Overall, good stay and for the price couldn't be better.

Great hotel in a quiet area with large room and an amazing view. Breakfast is a little limited but they also have afternoon snacks and a mini fridge with drinks.

The hotel was new and well furnished. As advertised, it’s a short walk away from the train station. The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms have comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The free breakfast had a great spread too with Chinese and western meal options. Would recommended this hotel to others.

Great hotel! Stuff is very friendly. Good location for those who need to stay by East Railway Station. Breakfast is Chinese but pretty decent. Also they have a coffee machine.

Service poorly speaks English but trying to help and is involved. Breakfast good. Everything fresh. Coffee, tea, juices, fruit. Location Rather for motorists. In the smell rooms after smoking cigarettes, carpeted carpet stained, very noisy air conditioning, which bothers. Plus can be used isolated from laundry and dryers.
