Decent apartments in the Chinese district. It was difficult to check in as the phone number listed here didn't match the administration's number. Otherwise, everything was great; clean, good apartments, everything worked perfectly, and daily cleaning was provided.

The bathroom had an odor. Parking was available at no extra charge, and the staff were lovely, always ready to help and serve.

The condo-style room in Yaowarat is conveniently located near the BTS Skytrain and many food options. However, self check-in is required, there is no complimentary drinking water, the room is not very soundproof, and the bathroom was not very clean with many mold stains on the floor. Most importantly, the room is very hot and bright from 6 am onwards, forcing me to wake up early and ruining my rest. (Adding window film would be a great improvement.)
