JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo

The service was excellent, and the pool was especially great! I loved that towels were provided and it wasn't crowded. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious and impressive! I'd love to come back for another hotel staycation!

The attitude of the breakfast waiter was terrible! On July 22nd, around 9:25 AM, we entered the restaurant. There was a tall male waiter with glasses. We asked him for water twice, but he didn't bring any. When we asked for tissues, he completely ignored us! We had to ask other waiters to finally get water and tissues. For an international 5-star hotel's dining service, this is really poor! We definitely won't be coming back again~

A perfect hotel. It's new, everything is absolutely lovely and clean. The room was quite spacious for Tokyo, with plenty of room. The breakfasts were amazing. The staff was friendly, and all requests were handled promptly. You can even see Mount Fuji from the window!

Even the basic room types are very spacious. Public transport isn't convenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. The breakfast is fantastic and varied. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, complete with a convenience store, Japanese restaurants, and Western dining options.

It can be a bit noisy being next to the station. The room itself is huge and very new! A downside is that the restaurant is often closed; out of three restaurants, I didn't get to try one. The view is nice though! The only real downsides are probably the construction site and the train station nearby. I'd likely come back because the rooms are genuinely much larger than other places at the same price point, and personally, I don't think the noise was that bad. Room service options are a bit limited.

Booked this for my boss, and she was really happy with the hotel's service. We've already booked our next stay!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway station. The room facilities are almost brand new, and the staff were incredibly proactive and welcoming. They even gave gifts and snacks to my child during check-in and offered a taxi service.

Just finished a three-night stay at the Fairmont, and since I saw the JW Marriott was also new, I decided to switch hotels to experience it for two nights. Everything was satisfactory, except the view was a bit ordinary, and there was a big construction site next door with a very noisy train.
