The Lounge: As the hotel's Western restaurant and bar, classic dishes like the Tomahawk steak, Australian Wagyu tartare, and black truffle pasta are all excellent. The freshly mixed cocktails are also well worth trying, especially when enjoyed on the terrace as the sun sets in the evening, or while listening to the wind and admiring the moon after dark. Such an atmosphere is undoubtedly something to be experienced rather than described. The Living Room: Specializes in afternoon tea and light meals. Being a Park Hyatt establishment, it naturally doesn't disappoint. The soft texture of the red bean cheesecake, the smooth creaminess of the strawberry cream cake, and the rich aroma of the cappuccino all effortlessly help you forget the pressures of work and the fatigue of daily life, allowing you to immerse yourself in rare relaxation and comfort. Excellent Service: That's simply what it is – wonderful service. Park Hyatt Suzhou's service embodies the Park Hyatt philosophy of prioritizing guests, often providing unexpected surprises through meticulous details. For instance, Xizhou Xuan will help guests with birthday table arrangements and provide exquisite birthday treats; The Living Room will proactively help guests warm up their food separately and multiple times based on their arrival order; the front office will prepare delicate welcome gifts (fruits, desserts, red wine) according to the theme of the guests' stay; and housekeeping will even proactively provide laundry detergent based on guests' potential laundry needs. Special thanks to the hotel's management and operations team for their attentive care and consideration during my family's stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I couldn't remember: Front Office Manager Gerrard, Duty Manager Linda, Xizhou Xuan Manager Simon, Assistant Manager Claire, staff members Andrew and Luna, The Lounge Manager Cici, and Housekeeping's Dai Fengli, among others. Let me start by highlighting what truly impressed me. First, during check-in, the front desk associate, who I believe was Rain, saw I was with my elderly mother in a wheelchair. He was incredibly thoughtful and assigned us a larger room to make it easier to maneuver the wheelchair. A huge thank you to him again for that. Second, we later opted to switch to a room with a view of Jinji Lake and the Ferris Wheel. The view from the window was absolutely stunning! Although the room was a bit smaller, this was our own request to change, so no fault of the front desk. Our butler, Tracy, also did her best to coordinate and helped us quickly move to room 726. Third, after check-in, our butler Tracy would periodically check in to see if we needed any supplies or amenities. I particularly liked the body lotion, so she kindly gave me a few extra bottles to take home. Fourth, I have to declare that the breakfast at Park Hyatt is the best we've had at any luxury hotel. Even the most common preserved egg and lean pork congee was praised by my mom, and believe me, she's a very picky eater, haha. It's rare for her to say a hotel breakfast is good. The duck blood vermicelli soup, red soup Aozhao noodles, and Danish pastries were absolutely amazing! Fifth, the cleanliness is impeccable, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Sixth, the hotel's public areas are beautiful and very photogenic. Seventh, I'd also like to commend the housekeeping auntie. She even left us a handwritten card, which alone made us feel incredibly warm inside. Eighth, when we checked out, we asked if we could keep the room card as a souvenir, and Rain even gave me an additional room card with a different design. I'm very grateful. Finally, a small suggestion: It would be absolutely perfect if there was a turndown service. It would add an extra touch of thoughtfulness. This was my first stay with this brand, and I will definitely choose it again for future trips. A successful new experience!

My stay at Park Hyatt Suzhou far exceeded my expectations. The overall design, with its elegant and grand Suzhou garden-style courtyard, was impressive, and the guest room was very comfortable with an excellent view of Jinji Lake. A special thanks to our butlers, Tracy and Rain, who upgraded us to a lake-view room. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay, taking care of all our needs with a perfect balance of thoughtfulness and discretion. We truly felt at home. The dining was equally delightful. Xizhou Xuan offered exquisite and authentic dishes, and the breakfast quality was consistently high, with the Suzhou-style offerings being particularly outstanding – a truly satisfying culinary experience. The combination of attentive butler service and delicious food made this trip to Suzhou exceptionally memorable.

The day before check-in, the hotel called to reconfirm and assigned a butler to us. They inquired about our preferences and needs. We were lucky to have Rain and Iris as our butlers; they were responsive, efficient in communication, and thoughtful throughout the check-in process and during our stay. We stayed in a Ferris wheel view room and saw a beautiful sunset. For a hotel in this category, the room size was quite generous, and the overall decor had a very classic Suzhou garden style. While the minibar drinks were nothing special, it was better than nothing. The pool, despite being on the first floor, was bright and didn't feel cramped at all. All the facilities in the pool area were well-maintained. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay, but I initially booked the Park Hyatt partly for the breakfast, which turned out to be quite disappointing. The variety was limited, and the eggs benedict tasted mediocre (the worst I've ever had). The yogurts were all pre-packaged. In short, if you're coming for the breakfast, I'd advise against it, but everything else was pretty good.

I chose this Park Hyatt initially because I heard good things about their breakfast online, so I specifically added it to my reservation. However, after trying it, I felt it was a bit overrated. It's better than other hotels' breakfasts, including the one at the Four Seasons where I stayed the next day, but it's only the 'king' among hotel breakfasts. Honestly, you're better off going out and trying some local breakfast. This was my first time staying at a Park Hyatt, and their butler service was quite thoughtful. Even though I didn't use it much, I can imagine for those who are hesitant to make calls, communicating via WeChat would alleviate a lot of awkwardness. The hotel's hardware is definitely top-notch, and Jin Mantis' design is quite outstanding. However, the view from the hotel's location is a bit lacking. There are many commercial buildings between the hotel and Jinji Lake. While you can avoid them in photos, visually it's not as impressive as the Four Seasons' view. On a side note, the welcome fruit here was much more generous than at the Four Seasons. The Four Seasons truly has some of the stingiest welcome fruit I've ever seen.

Park Hyatt's service is better than Four Seasons, and the breakfast is delicious! The public areas and room hygiene are excellent! From now on, when I visit Suzhou, Park Hyatt is my only choice! The complimentary tickets to the contemporary art museum were a nice touch; the exhibition itself was perhaps average, but the surrounding views of the art museum, Ferris wheel, Jinji Lake, and the 'Big Trousers' building were absolutely captivating! A stroll by the lake was truly delightful!

The room was quite spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. All the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread was particularly abundant. The quality of the Chinese food served was consistently good. The only downside was that the room cleaning was just average.

This was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Suzhou with my parents and children. The room was spacious, and the location near Jinji Lake was very convenient for getting around. The hotel service truly deserves praise. Whenever I had a question, I'd consult Allen, the duty manager at the concierge, and he always responded promptly and offered many practical sightseeing suggestions. I highly recommend the hotel's Chinese restaurant; the stir-fried prawns were delicious! The breakfast spread was extensive, and you absolutely must try the authentic Suzhou-style noodles!

It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel where I couldn't find a single fault. Both the hardware and the software were impeccable. From the friendly and enthusiastic front desk staff to the helpful cleaning aunties, and the diverse buffet selection at breakfast with delicious made-to-order Suzhou-style Aozhao noodles – everything was flawless. Definitely worth a try!
