The Samaranch Memorial Hall is located in Tuanbo New Town, Jinghai, south of Tianjin. It is a special exhibition hall dedicated to commemorating the life of former IOC chairman Samaranch and promoting the Olympic spirit. It opened on the third anniversary of Samaranch's death.
