The view is stunning. But the room isn’t comfortable in ergonomic details. Lately we lived in a smaller room in the other hotel and it was more comfy

Had a lovely stay! The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in/out a breeze. Great location with easy access to local spots. Would definitely book again—highly recommend!

Please note that their luggage storage service is only for 12 hours!!! They won't store luggage for longer. I was really surprised. There's no mini-fridge, and the tables are all fold-down wall-mounted and extremely small.

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

I stayed in the 4-single bunk room with 3 teens. They loved it! Fun, user-friendly, modern design with quality materials. It is a very compact space but nicely configured. Beds and linens are comfortable. Room was quiet and dark for sleeping.

SURPRISE FEES! The hotel is very nice, staff, rooms, bar all very nice and the location was very convenient. But the extra $80.34 Destination Fee for 2 nights was a complete surprise when ********** advertises that ALL fees are included in the posted price. To make matters worse the reservation check-in person rattled off a confusing list of amenities that implied if you spent money at the hotel bar or cafe you decreased the destination fee, completely untrue, you just spent more money there, you were always going to pay the additional $40 a night fee.
