The front desk service was excellent. The room was all pink, with a bathtub and a slide, and the hallway had a unique ocean theme. They were also very proactive in addressing any issues.

This is absolutely the dirtiest, most unhygienic hotel I've ever stayed in! I regret not checking the negative reviews! The moment I saw the sole of those slippers, I was genuinely appalled! My child really wanted to experience a room with a slide, and deep down I knew hotels of this type might not have the best hygiene, but I never imagined it would be this bad! And my daughter's socks were black on the bottom! We literally played in the room for about twenty minutes before we drove back out! The cleanliness details are just unbearable to look at; my daughter herself said, "Mommy, this carousel is so dirty!" The service seemed okay, but what's the point? Oh, when we first checked in, the projector wasn't working, so they swapped it for a portable TV, then proactively offered a small gift for the kids, apologized profusely, and offered a late check-out! At the time, I thought it was decent, but then the next day my daughter wanted to eat whatever weird lactic acid drink was in the gift, and thankfully I looked at it! It was going to expire in three or four days! Seriously! I don't know if anyone at this hotel, from the owner to the staff, actually has children! A hotel that supposedly caters to kids, with hygiene and food safety like this! Don't you have a conscience?! The merchant tried to negotiate with me, offering a 30% discount on the room fee, but I refused. Unless you refund the entire booking, I'll pretend I never came! Otherwise, I'm not going to just let this go for a mere one or two hundred bucks! As a mother, I am absolutely furious! I advise all families with children to definitely check the negative reviews before booking a hotel! Many positive reviews are just bought with some cheap trinkets! It's so infuriating; I wonder if I can report such poor hygiene to 12315 (consumer hotline)!

They were soft yet supportive, and my kid said rolling on them felt like being on clouds. The three of us slept on one, and the other became his 'trampoline' and toy storage area. Turning lights on/off, opening/closing curtains – it's all one-touch operation, which my kid found super magical and eagerly volunteered to be the 'housekeeper.'
