Located next to Times Square, this small but exquisite hotel has a rather expensive breakfast, so I recommend booking the hotel room including breakfast.

The location is great, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Definitely worth coming back.

The hotel front desk service was terrible; they charged me twice and were incredibly rude, insisting it was impossible. I eventually had to contact Ctrip for an explanation, but my trip was completely ruined by their indifference and rudeness. There are many hotels in New York, but I would never recommend this one.

Although it showed it hadn't been open long, it was a renovation of an old hotel; all the facilities were extremely outdated, the cleanliness was appalling, and the lighting was very dim. Ordering things by phone was incredibly slow, taking at least half an hour. Even calling a luggage cart was ridiculously slow; we eventually had to carry our numerous suitcases downstairs bit by bit ourselves. The only advantage was its convenient location.

The most satisfactory hotel in New York, although not big, but the design is enough to make up for it. The service from the front desk to the back office is very thoughtful.
