It's really nice, clean and quiet. However, there are no sockets on both sides of the bed in the room, so the mobile phone needs to be charged on the table.

Mixed Experience: Friendly Staff but Needs Significant Maintenance and Better Housekeeping Arrival & Service While the staff we interacted with during our stay were mostly friendly and polite, our initial impression was quite poor. When we first arrived at the property, there was absolutely no one available to attend to us or welcome us. A prompt greeting goes a long way, so this was a frustrating start to the visit. Room Condition & Upkeep Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The furniture was notably creaky, and the finishes throughout the room felt very worn out and tired. The lack of upkeep made the space feel neglected and certainly did not reflect the standard I would expect from a Mövenpick property. Cleanliness The biggest letdown was the bathroom. The toilet area definitely could have been cleaner, and there was visible grime on the walls, which was quite off-putting. Cleanliness is a bare minimum expectation, and this fell short. Overall Summary While the pleasant demeanor of the staff is a definite positive, the lack of attention upon arrival combined with the poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned room means I left disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh and better quality control regarding housekeeping.

Services is ok. Check in is smooth. Room is spacious and good sound proofing. Iron machine is not well maintained, my clothe got stained during ironing. Parking system is down during my stay and causes some inconveniences. Hope they fixed that.

Excellent hospitality and comfortable stay experience. The hotel ambience was relaxing, room was spacious and spotless, and service from the staff was professional. Facilities were well maintained and the breakfast spread exceeded expectations. Truly a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the staff js very nice. and movenpick hotel with tabung haji assembly place is very near. it’s convenient also to book a room if u want to sent jemaah haji. we got complimentary chocolate as well. and its good.

The building has a stunning, eye-catching curved exterior, and the whole hotel grounds are full of tropical greenery, creating a peaceful, resort-like vibe that makes you forget you’re just steps away from a busy airport. My superior twin room was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an incredible job sanitizing every corner, from the bathroom floor to the desk and window sills. The beds are plush with soft linens, and the sound insulation works perfectly—aircraft noise from the runway barely seeps in, letting me enjoy a solid night’s sleep after a tiring international flight. All bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets and workspace facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, ideal for business travellers who need to sort out work emails in the room. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and efficient. Front desk agents handled my check-in and check-out rapidly with fluent English, patiently answering all my questions about airport shuttle times and local transport. The public lounge and convention areas are spacious and well-equipped, great if you need a quiet spot for quick meetings. If you have an early or connecting flight out of KLIA, this hotel is an absolute no-brainer. I will definitely book here again on my next business trip passing through Kuala Lumpur Airport.
