The hotel is huge, beautiful, and very photogenic. There are also many activities, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try them all. The hotel has its own large private beach with very clear water. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's still very well-maintained. Whenever we needed anything, the manager on duty was always quick to assist us. Many thanks!

✨ Highly recommend! I specifically chose Hilton to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I have to give a special shout-out to Jimmy from Guest Relations! He helped decorate the room beforehand, making it feel extra special and my mom was absolutely thrilled. He proactively coordinated the room, making the check-in process smooth, and patiently answered all my questions about luggage storage and SF Express shipping. The concierge staff were also incredibly attentive, helping with luggage in the lobby. Everyone was warm and polite. Building No. 8 has an excellent environment, living up to all my research! A perfect experience, I'll definitely work hard and come back again!

The public areas at Hilton Yalong Bay are absolutely stunning! They really capture that island resort vibe, and the pool areas are beautifully designed and separated, each one gorgeous. The room wasn't as dated as I'd imagined either; it was quite spacious. We booked a garden pool room, and being able to step right out onto the balcony and into the pool was just heavenly. Check-in was super efficient, and our butler, Lili, was incredibly responsive, assisting us with every request, answering all our questions, and providing excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay! We'll definitely be back next time! 🥰🥰🥰

My kids absolutely loved the pool access room – they could splash around all day without getting sunburnt! Building 3 offers great privacy and isn't far from the beach. If you're considering a pool access room, I highly recommend 3116, as it has a spacious pool right outside the door! Jimmy's service was also excellent!

The room was nice, and they provided complimentary breakfast for the kids, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, and the mornings felt quite relaxed. I think their pool is the best among the neighboring hotels, and the beach is perfect for water activities. Overall, a great experience.

Pros: Located in the heart of Yalong Bay, with direct ocean views and a relatively private, less crowded beach. The common areas are very spacious and beautiful, and the landscaping is well-maintained. There are multiple pools, offering plenty of fun, and the family-friendly activities are comprehensive, making it great for kids. The room balcony offers expansive views. Cons: As an older five-star hotel that's been operating for a while, the room hardware is a bit dated. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about, and overall I was satisfied. It's suitable for families or friends looking for a relaxing, 'lie flat' vacation. If you mind older decor, you might want to consider other options.

It's not as old as some online reviews suggested. There was a slight, old-fashioned smell in the room, but the facilities were complete and very clean. Every time housekeeping came, they did an excellent job, even folding my carelessly left clothes, haha. The room had water, bathrobes, and all the toiletries were well-stocked, and the water temperature was perfect. The hotel's private beach allows swimming in the sea, and the pool is quite large. It's a great choice for those who love taking photos, very picturesque.

This hotel has a great resort vibe with a beautiful environment. I stayed in two different room types, and both offered convenient access to the pool and beach. The room hygiene was excellent. Daisy, who assisted me during my stay, provided excellent service; she was always helpful and answered all my questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. Thank you!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The resort's facilities were comprehensive, and there were many activities available daily. The service was excellent, and they were very accommodating. I visited a few other hotels nearby this trip, but I still feel the Hilton offers the best value for money. I'll definitely be back!
