5-star review! Had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Yalong Bay with my kids. The hotel gardens are gorgeous, and it's very close to the beach—just a few minutes' walk. With great pools and kids' facilities, it's perfect for a family vacation. Special thanks to Nicole for her attentive and thoughtful service; any requests were handled promptly, making our entire stay so comfortable. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Sanya 👍

First, a heartfelt thank you to our butler Linda for her exceptional assistance and warm, attentive service throughout my stay. The ocean views from Building 8 are absolutely stunning. The hotel’s public areas are beautiful, and the pools—especially the main one—are gorgeous. Lounging by the pool at sunset is pure bliss—and kudos to the lifeguard at the main pool for being exceptionally vigilant and professional. Also, during one dinner at the restaurant, I accidentally left my glasses behind; the staff safely kept them, and I was able to retrieve them the next day. That said, I’d like to offer some constructive feedback: the room is showing its age. The carpet looks worn and slightly soiled in places, and there’s chipping paint on walls and fixtures—some refurbishment would really elevate the experience.

The room’s view is absolutely stunning—truly unbeatable. That said, the decor feels a bit dated; it’s been a while since the renovation, so it doesn’t quite match the fresh, modern aesthetic of newer hotels. Everything else, however, is excellent—especially the service, which is outstanding. Our butler, Nicole, went above and beyond: she helped secure our preferred room, kept us promptly updated with clear, timely information, and was both thoughtful and highly responsible. Today, I accidentally left my ID in the room at check-out—but thanks to Nicole, it was retrieved and returned to me right away. Service efficiency? A perfect 10/10—truly exemplary and well worth learning from!

Nicole provided exceptionally attentive service, and my lost clothes were even recovered. The biggest surprise was the outdoor pool—crystal-clear blue water framed by swaying coconut palms, making it an absolute joy to swim in ✨ The photo shoot I booked in advance was at locations with amazing angles, resulting in stunning pictures. A butler followed up throughout the entire stay and was always at my beck and call, which was so considerate. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya.

The room was very clean, and both the lobby and balcony offered direct ocean views, giving it a true resort vibe. The public areas are gorgeous, and I will definitely stay here again. Facilities: We stayed in Building 8. It wasn't as old or outdated as some online reviews suggested. The hairdryer was a Laifen, and the space was just right for two people. As soon as you enter the main gate, the area opens up wonderfully, giving you an instant, full-blown resort vibe. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. We stayed for a few days and didn't see a single bug. The toiletries smelled amazing. Environment: We stayed in rooms 8302 and 8406, and both offered fantastic views. Room 8302 has a sea view and a great wide-angle view of the public areas, plus it's quite convenient to get to the lobby. Room 8406 offers even better views of the sea, the coconut trees, and the glowing hotel across the way, though you don't see as much of the public areas. With the weather right now, the sea is sparkling, a gorgeous blue-green, crystal clear, and the sand is soft. Building 8 is also close to the beach. Watching the sunrise from the Hilton beach is absolutely breathtaking. Contrary to what people online say about Building 8 being far from the lobby—requiring stairs and walking through public areas—the lobby is actually on the 3rd floor of Building 3, and there's a direct covered walkway leading straight to 8-3. If you need to get to 8-4, you just take the elevator, and the walkway is even air-conditioned. To pick up food deliveries from the 4th floor, it only takes about 7-8 minutes round trip. Service: We were greeted by Sam from the Guest Relations team, who was prompt, attentive, and thoughtful. All the staff members were polite and professional. Unedited photos straight from the camera—it's even more breathtaking in person.

I chose Building 8 of the Hilton specifically for the direct ocean view. Despite the mixed reviews on Xiaohongshu, it pretty much met my expectations. Traveling solo is just amazing~ Loren from the team reached out a day prior to check on my room preferences and followed up to see if I needed any extra assistance—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel's public areas are quite refined and relatively quiet, making it the perfect spot for exhausted corporate slaves looking to unwind and lie low for a few days.

The Hilton Yalong Bay was the first stop on our Sanya trip. The hotel has a great location, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. I mainly brought my mom here for a relaxing getaway. Swimming, beach activities, and the beach BBQ were all fantastic. Our butler, Loren, provided meticulous and attentive service, and the whole family was very satisfied! This time, I stayed at the Hilton in Sanya with my little baby, and I'd like to give a special shoutout to our butler, Loren! Upon checking in and getting our originally assigned room, the view wasn't quite ideal. After speaking with Loren, he very cheerfully helped coordinate a complimentary room upgrade. The view from the new room is so much more relaxing. Considering that we were traveling with an infant and had a late return flight, Loren also thoughtfully helped us arrange a free late check-out. We didn't have to rush to pack and hit the road—it's just so family-friendly for those traveling with kids. Loren responded very quickly, and his communication was gentle and patient. Any request we had was handled promptly. The hotel's gardens and beach environment are lovely, with complete facilities. The overall stay exceeded our expectations.
