A total disappointment. Poor cleanliness, poor customer service, and terrible car access. The only positives: breakfast and proximity to the entrance to the Tulum archaeological site. You can find better hotels for a lower price.

The room was spacious and within walking distance of Tulum ruins. The overall decoration of the hotel is creative. The shortcomings are that catering hygiene needs to be improved, there is only a buffet style for dinner, and a single variety for breakfast and dinner.

This is the cheapest hotel I have booked in Cancun and surrounding areas, but it is also the hotel that surprised me the most. It feels so good to eat a buffet on the rooftop, watch the sunset, listen to music, and enjoy the sea breeze!

The room was clean, and the hotel overall was clean.
The staff was very polite and helpful.
The food selection and quality was not very good. The alcohol selection was also not very good.
Again the staff was amazing!

Broken toilets. Pool has view on the highway. Broken elevator. Changed rooms 3 times. There is not cenote!!!!!

The hotel was in great condition, though there was room for improvement. The rooftop offered a fantastic view. The staff was helpful and friendly. There’s parking at the back, but there’s no welcome drink or coffee in the morning. While they do offer coffee and other drinks, they remind you to pay afterward.

Clean room, air conditioning and fan worked well, hot shower was wonderful after a long day at Jaguar Park which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel! Staff was extremely helpful in giving directions and helping us find affordable transportation.
