Rumu Chunfeng Swimming Pool Villa (Sanyawan Fenghuang Airport)

The villa has three floors with five beds, easily accommodating 6-8 people. The basement features a projector and a mahjong table, perfect for family movie nights and games. On the first floor, there's an outdoor pool, which is quite shallow, probably around 1.2 meters deep, making it ideal for children. Our housekeeper was a very cheerful and straightforward guy from Northeast China. When we were leaving, the courier couldn't pick up our package on time, so we asked the housekeeper for help with shipping it, and he readily agreed. He even took photos and sent it off responsibly. Sanya is a beautiful place, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The environment is nice, close to the beach, and there is airport shuttle service. The rooms are large and spacious, and the experience is good. Check-in is in a small supermarket, bottled water is not provided in the rooms, and the rooms are not cleaned during your stay.

The villa area is upscale, the rooms are clean, bright and comfortable, and the private pool water is very clean. I didn't see any mosquitoes. It's not far to Tianya Town and Coconut Dream Corridor by taxi, just over 10 minutes away.

Facilities: The room facilities are complete, basically the same as at home. It's a detached villa, which is convenient for sharing with friends. Cleanliness: It's okay. Environment: The community environment is nice, and it's very convenient to go out. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and the beach here is fantastic, with clear blue water. It's convenient to take a walk on the beach every morning and watch the sunset. It's not far from the airport, so you need to close the windows when sleeping to avoid loud noise.

The bedding and towels were all new, the pool water was changed frequently, the beach was just a short walk away, the butler service was excellent, they even delivered packages, and they proactively resolved any issues. Overall, a very good experience.

My first night in Sanya was spent at a hotel near the airport, which was very convenient for transportation and also very easy to get to Xidao Island. The butler had arranged everything before check-in, including turning on the air conditioning in advance, so the overall experience was quite good. The only downside was that you had to pick up takeout from the security guard, which was a bit inconvenient without an electric scooter.

Villas are all basically the same in structure; the main differences lie in their distance from the sea, the condition of the interior, and the age of the furniture. This one was quite good. I stayed in two villas here. First of all, it's worth noting that there was no smell or musty odor in the house, which is better than some hotels. Secondly, the bedding and furniture were in excellent condition. If you get tired of hotels, renting a villa for a few days is a great option. It's also only 300 meters from the sea, and the Coconut Dream Corridor in the 18th and 19th Lanes area is not crowded. Restaurants are a bit further away, but there are plenty of options around Taoyuan Road, about a kilometer away. As a Gold Diamond member, I didn't have any bad experiences here.

Each room has its own bathroom and sink. The bedding is very clean and comfortable, and all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils are provided. It's about a 3-5 minute walk downstairs to the beach, where you can dig for many seashells and snails. The butler's service is excellent; they are always available and responsive to your needs. It can be a bit noisy if you open the window because of the nearby shipping lanes, but I slept quite well with the window closed. Overall, it's great value for money; this price is really good for a beachfront location in Sanya.
