Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel

French people don't seem to want to speak English? It's normal for passersby not to, but for hotel staff not to, or to speak poorly, that's just unprofessional. Communication with the front desk was difficult; the way she frowned when she didn't understand was quite amusing. It's advertised as an airport hotel, but it's not actually that close. The surrounding area is decent though; you can walk to a shopping mall, so dining and shopping are fairly convenient.

The room was great, but there was one front desk staff member who had terrible service. They hung up on me and couldn't clearly explain where the pick-up shuttle was, leaving guests to find it themselves.

Great for business trips, and the hotel breakfast is good.

🏨The communication with the front desk was poor; I mistakenly thought I needed to pay the difference in tax, which was a bit disappointing 😅. The room was indeed spacious, but the decor was dated, and the overall quality was just average 🔸. The shower was only a standing shower, which lacked comfort 🚿. Although the location was acceptable, the details of the service need improvement 💡. Overall, it was just average, nothing particularly surprising or disappointing 😐.
