Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront

Was not able to have refrigerator in room was told Ice available on 1st floor we were on 5th. Was not there for hours. Then was not there next day had to go to other building where front desk was to get a small bag. Garbage bags were not put in trash bins I had to put them in. Only had 1 room key available until the next day.  Great location just little things that should have been better for a 500 dollar a night room

Awesome location. Everything is walkable from this hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Right in the north end.

Loved the location, staff were helpful, friendly and overall nice. The room was fantastic, great facilities. And super good internet. Very close to bar, restaurants.

Great location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.
