Feels like its not 5 star hotel, just upscale 4 star one. Booking requests were ignored, no attention from personal. Bed was hard but not good for anatomy. Breakfast buffet variety was satisfying.

Second time stayed at this hotel. Once again. Very good indeed. But I recognised there are some changes since my last year's visit. The soft slipper and umberalla are no longer standard in the room. Don't know why. Other than that, still excellent indeed.
