The hotel is quite large, and the pools are impressive, with many of various sizes. However, the Wi-Fi signal is poor. The staff are just average; you don't feel particularly welcomed. They get the job done, but their service attitude is mediocre, without much in the way of smiling service. There are also a lot of strange rules. For instance, at the poolside BBQ, you can't wear a bathrobe, and your swimsuit can't be wet, so you have to change into dry clothes either before or after swimming to eat.
