The front desk was very helpful in arranging a room closest to the lift as I had an injured knee just before checked in.

設施：老舊，這個價格，該翻新了，太舊了，進屋就是一股老的味道。。。
衞生：勉強還行，就是温泉池子的水不太乾淨的感覺，有很大的渣，不知道多長時間換一次水
環境：還不錯，山上的感覺，很清幽
服務：還行，送了水果和冰淇淋
總體比較舊，再不翻新估計後面難賣這麼貴了，有種住幹休所老舊房的感覺

真的非常差，設施陳舊就不説了，衞生也堪憂，露台上都是枯枝敗葉沒人打掃。空調不僅噪音大，甚至不涼快，12點開空調開半個小時室內温度還在30度熱到不行。
加錢買的早餐非常難吃。麪包就圖上幾種，蛋撻軟的，其他幾款麪包是路邊老式麪包私人烘焙兩元一個的品質，吃了一口就吐了，蛋糕不僅有冰碴在上面還是苦的，水果也都很難吃沒味，麪也沒味衹有辣油，特別難吃，加了胡椒粉不知道為什麼到最後面也是苦的。飲品衹有咖啡豆漿和牛奶，是粉沖泡的，特別濃的奶粉味，酸奶衹有盒裝蒙牛。涼菜吃完就竄了，可能是隔夜菜。整個餐廳非常小，完全不是五星酒店早餐規格，比連鎖酒店還難吃，要性價比的千萬別來這家。

已經很多次入住御壘山居酒店了。設施設備確實有點陳舊了，但其他方面都還挺好的。聽酒店工作人員介紹，酒店已經在翻修計劃施工中了。環境確實挺好的，雅緻山景房特別舒服涼快，後面是一大片的楠木林，空氣也非常好。出行的話，打車軟件可以直接到大堂接，非常方便。前廳經理qq服務非常好。

山居酒店在都江堰玉壘山的後山腳下，到離堆古園1號門2公里，交通便利，網約車能直達酒店大堂門廳。環境幽雅，庭院優美，設施完善，按照4星級以上酒店的標準。乾淨整潔衞生，房間寬敞，床品舒適，衞生間特別大，夜晚特別安靜，仰望星空。早餐品種豐富，味道可口，可選擇露台用餐，聆聽鳥兒鳴叫，親近自然。前台服務員態度和藹，服務周到。送了迎賓水果，行程原因又延退了半天，服務員細心安排，優惠便利。每天都有適合小朋友的DIY活動，自己動手，體驗勤勞自立的快樂，西餐廳的服務員耐心指導，教會孩子們做小點心。下次來都江堰還選擇新華海頤御壘山居酒店。
