Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles / Hollywood

This was my first time in Los Angeles, and I chose the Hilton. Claudia at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful and welcoming service, which was a huge comfort to us since we don't speak the language and were completely new to everything. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also very attentive and always happy to help, leaving us with a great impression. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. Highly recommend!

The hotel amenities are quite comprehensive, and the hygiene is pretty good. The service is also decent; they offer luggage storage. However, there's no hot water, and they don't provide complimentary bottled water. There's a supermarket nearby where you can buy some.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.
