Steigenberger Chengdu

I brought my parents to Dujiangyan for the Mid-Autumn Festival and chose the Sunac Savoy Resort. On the first day, with clear blue skies, stepping into the room was quite a pleasant surprise. We then took a walk halfway around the lake, which was perfect for photos. The cloudy days, however, were quite ordinary. On holiday evenings, there was a hot pot buffet, but since my parents don't eat much, we ordered à la carte, and the food was pretty good. We also enjoyed the hot spring pools at night, though there weren't many of them. The service experience was excellent; I had added them on WeChat beforehand to confirm the room, dinner, swimming pool, and hot spring. Coincidentally, the same staff member who had been helping me on WeChat also checked us in, and she had a wonderful attitude.

The hotel is located within the Dujiangyan Sunac Resort, just 4 km away from Panda Valley. The room amenities meet five-star standards, the breakfast offers a great variety, and overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

During the National Day holiday, we stayed in a 130-square-meter deluxe lake-view suite at Sunac Steigenberger. The suite was spacious with a fantastic lake view, and the room was clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the 'Dream Back to Qingcheng' show and the Snow Park, which the whole family loved. Our butler, Kiki, provided professional and attentive service, responding quickly to our needs and adding a lot to our vacation. Overall, the stay was perfect, and it's definitely worth coming back!

Our hotel butler, Yuan, contacted us a day in advance to ask about our specific preferences. The hotel is in a great location, close to Dujiangyan, Panda Valley, and Mount Qingcheng, and the breakfast was also quite good! I accidentally left my phone behind when checking out, but Yuan reached out right away and promptly arranged to have it couriered to me. Truly fantastic service!

Stayed for two nights during the National Day holiday. Coming by car, there was ample parking, and it even had charging stations. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a swimming pool, as well as a dry sauna and steam room – perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The biggest surprise was the indoor ski resort right next door; the kids absolutely loved it and made time to go skiing every day. The hotel's location is also great, very convenient for visiting Panda Valley, Dujiangyan, and Mount Qingcheng.

Great room and nice surroundings right by the lake. It's very close to Sunac Snow World and the theme park. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Liz, the butler, was also super helpful!

The location is excellent, very close to the ski resort and within walking distance. The hotel's decor and services are fantastic, parking is convenient, and the service is good. The room is quite spacious, and I slept very comfortably. You can upgrade your ski pass at the ski resort, and the small hot spring is free to use. Breakfast is available outdoors, but it gets super crowded, though the environment is lovely. Highly recommended for families or friends traveling together for skiing.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The butler, Yuna, provided attentive and meticulous service. The surrounding amenities were excellent. It was a pleasant experience.

The hotel service was excellent, and the overall environment was great. Breakfast was good, and the hotel has its own parking lot, making parking convenient. It's about a ten-minute drive to Dujiangyan No. 3 parking lot.
