Great value for money! For just over 700, it included two tickets to the water park, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic – my kids absolutely loved them. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Dujiangyan.

Full marks recommendation for the Dujiangyan Sunac Steigenberger Hotel! This family vacation experience was absolutely fantastic, and I must give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Yuna! She proactively contacted us before check-in to arrange everything. Knowing we had children, she prepared a full set of kids' toiletries in advance – such thoughtful details that made our kids so happy to see their special amenities. One evening, the hotel lawn party was a bit noisy, disturbing our elderly parents and children. After we spoke to Yuna, she immediately coordinated with staff to end the event early. Her efficiency and consideration for guests were truly heartwarming. We also asked Yuna to help us book a restaurant in advance. After a full day out in the summer heat, it was such a relief to arrive at the restaurant and immediately enjoy a delicious meal without any waiting. So hassle-free, especially in such hot weather. Throughout our stay, any request was met with a super-fast response, everything was well-arranged, and the service was meticulously detailed. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, making it a top choice for families with children. Next time we visit Dujiangyan, we'll definitely choose this place again, and we'll be sure to ask for Yuna!

The hotel facilities are complete, and the cleaning is very meticulous. The street-view king room on the first floor comes with a small courtyard, perfect for enjoying the birdsong and a cup of tea in the morning – very refreshing. The service is also excellent; Yuna was very responsible, coordinating our check-in, providing travel tips, and even arranging complimentary tickets that came with the room. The value for money is truly outstanding. We chose the tickets for the 'Performance Town,' which allowed us three days of access. This is really great for families with kids, as you can return to the hotel to rest when you're tired and then go back to watch the performances in the evening.

Specifically chose Steigenberger to avoid the peak hours of parents with kids next door. The environment is quiet, and the design is simple yet grand. The water temperature at Qingcheng Hot Spring was comfortable, and my child loved it so much they didn't want to leave. It's only about a ten-minute walk to Sunac, making it the perfect choice for those staying to enjoy Sunac. A special shout-out to Yuna, who proactively contacted me a day in advance to ask about my arrival time, helping to coordinate my accommodation needs and sharing the operating hours of local and hotel entertainment facilities. This saved me from having to call and ask, which was incredibly thoughtful. I'll be sure to contact Yuna for my next reservation!

2 tickets for Qingcheng Hot Springs: There aren't many pools, but they are very comfortable. 2 tickets for the Performance Town / 2 tickets for the Water World / 2 tickets for 3 hours of beginner skiing (choose 1 of 3). If the Water World/Performance Town is closed, it will default to beginner skiing: We exchanged for the 'Dreaming back to Qingcheng' tickets, which were excellent. We also went to Snow World, which was pretty nice. The staff helped us buy tickets and gave us a discount, which was great. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was nice.

This trip involved six seniors, and we stayed in three rooms for three nights. Overall, we were very satisfied. All of the seniors' needs were met, such as luggage transport, adjusting the AC temperature in the rooms, and even a packed breakfast arranged by the hotel because we had an early flight and couldn't make it to the restaurant. A big thank you to the hotel staff; I'd give them a 6 out of 5!
