I never write reviews, but the value for money and service at this hotel are truly exceptional and deserve a thumbs up. I mainly hope they do well so I can visit more often in the future. Right after I checked in and walked into my room, I received a WeChat message from the customer service manager asking if I was with a child and if I needed children's slippers and toiletries. My daughter even said the service was better than any five-star hotel she's ever stayed in. The breakfast was also excellent, and we received fresh welcome fruits.
