Mercure Hangzhou Qianjiang

I could not believe that this hotel offers extremely good value for their guests. There are always at least 2 staff at the reception and they are all very helpful and friendly, in particular Mia whose happy smiles to make us feel at home. I thank my colleague for booking this nice hotel for me. The river view is fantastic. The breakfast is too good for my room rate. My room is also big.

I really liked this hotel! I'll just say that I was looking for a place to stay with a beautiful view on a high floor, and that was a priority for me. I often stay in Hangzhou for business, but today I wanted to show the city to my mother, who is from Russia. When we arrived very early in the morning, we were able to find a room, which was very important! It was the first time in China that the front desk spoke English🙏 The room was amazing: it was on the 57th floor, with a view of the city's skyscrapers. Everything is very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. I had a problem with the hairdryer, and I called the reception at 11 p.m. They answered in !English! and replaced the hairdryer :) The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
