my experience was wonderful. The view from my room was spectacular, I could see both al haram and the Clock Tower clearly. It made my stay truly special.

quite close to haram. there is shuttle to haram. this is 3rd time we are stayed in this hotel.

It’s a good hotel and it’s clean
Except the toilet need to be fixed
And it’s a busy hotel
And the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Haram it’s always full

It was about 15 mins walk from the haram, restaurants are nearby. There was a water boiler, tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and equipped.Try to book a room with a city view. Overall I was satisfied.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. When I checked in, I found that the soap in the washroom had not been changed after the previous guest – this is unacceptable for hygiene standards. Also, I tried several times to contact the property before check-in using the number provided, but was unable to reach anyone. It's frustrating not to be able to connect when you need help the most. The property itself was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.
