There was a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, making it extremely unpleasant and difficult to use. Management tried to help only toward the end, which was unfortunately too late to improve the experience. No reasonable alternative or compensation was offered. We are not guests who complain lightly, but this issue was truly intolerable, especially considering the price we paid. The beach and hotel facilities are beautiful, well maintained, and very luxurious
