This hotel is absolutely fantastic! My stay was excellent. It's easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good too, so I slept soundly every night. The hot water supply was consistent, and all the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to respond to any issues. Overall, it offers great value for money. I had a comfortable stay on my trip, and I'll definitely choose this place first next time. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at the Atour Wild Hotel in Nanning was incredibly heartwarming. Late at night, I suddenly suffered from acute gastroenteritis. Feeling unwell and panicky, I reluctantly called the front desk. Upon hearing my situation, the front desk staff, Huo Xi, immediately offered help. He drove me to the hospital and stayed by my side to look after me throughout the entire process, showing great care and responsibility. From handling the emergency to accompanying me to the doctor, everything was exceptionally thoughtful and reliable, making me, a stranger in a foreign city, feel completely at ease. The considerate assistance during a time of crisis was deeply touching and incredibly helpful in an unexpected situation, adding an extra layer of peace of mind to my travels. This is truly a high-quality hotel with exceptional humanistic care.

This Atour hotel is excellent, with great service. The breakfast, in particular, was a pleasant surprise – it's the first time I've been genuinely impressed by an Atour breakfast. The Guangxi noodles were also delicious. Really great!
