This is a fantastic hotel! The Atour bedding is, of course, beyond amazing, and the 'one-click deep sleep' feature truly delivers complete darkness – no glowing switches, routers, or smoke detectors subtly lighting up the room. As someone with very light sleep, I was incredibly impressed with the curtains, buttons, and lighting. The decor, starting from the lobby, is very stylish and well-designed. Both the rooms and corridors are beautiful. Breakfast also gets 5 stars; it was very unique and delicious. I also have to praise the laundry service. The commercial washer and dryer are very efficient, and my clothes came out so fluffy. During busy periods, the staff even folds your laundry and brings it back to your room.

I'm speechless about the hotel's attitude; they keep shirking responsibility. I checked in on the 29th and by the time I checked out on the 30th, I had developed a sudden rash on my calf. After returning home from my trip, I was diagnosed with insect bite dermatitis, but the hotel completely disclaimed any responsibility, saying it had nothing to do with them. They claimed I didn't seek medical attention promptly, but I want to know if the hotel would then cover the travel losses incurred if I had sought immediate medical treatment. They are completely passing the buck and have two different stories. My skin even has hyperpigmentation now, and the hotel's dismissive attitude is truly disappointing.
