Windsor Plaza Hotel

I always book this hotel whenever I travel to Ho Chi Minh City for business because it's clean and conveniently located. Since I'm a frequent guest, I'm very familiar with the surrounding area. A big thank you to the receptionist this time—knowing that we stay here often, she assigned us a quiet, high-floor room. Much appreciated!

A standout five-star hotel in District 5, Chinatown. One day, there was a strong paint smell in the hallway. After I reported it, they promptly checked the issue and upgraded my room. The daily cleaning service is also impeccable. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with my stay at this hotel.

Staying at Windsor again, the feeling is just as great – friendly and excellent service. This time, breakfast was moved to the 25th floor. While it wasn't quite as good as when it was on the fourth floor, it was still sufficient. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevator card reader; sometimes it's not very responsive. You have to swipe multiple times, otherwise, even if the floor button lights up, it quickly turns off, and you have to swipe again. It really should be repaired or updated.

The overall experience at the Windsor Plaza Hotel was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was professional and attentive. The dining and facilities met star-rated standards. I didn't find any significant shortcomings during my stay, and I was generally satisfied and at ease. Recommendation: ★★★★☆. I suggest maintaining the quality of service. Overall, the hotel is a bit older, which is understandable, but at this price, there are essentially no alternatives. When traveling for business, all you need is cleanliness and peace of mind, and that's enough.

The hotel location is 0K, and the room was clean. The staff were attentive and 0K, but the hotel is old. The breakfast staff were efficient, and the food was good. I even got upgraded.
