Great location right in the heart of Madrid – just a 5-minute walk to a famous shopping centre, and uber ride was super easy too. The room was decently sized and comfortable, and the service really stood out – we especially loved the thoughtful evening turndown with little sleep-aid sweets delivered to the room, such a lovely touch! The only minor downside is the lack of a pool or leisure facilities, which would have been nice after a long day of exploring. But if you're looking for a well-located, service-oriented hotel in the city centre, this is still a great choice!

Service: All staff were very helpful, polite, and energetic when communicating 😊 Lots of smiles and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. 💫 Food: Didn’t have their breakfast, but I tried the tomato pasta at the lobby — it was perfectly al dente with fresh tomatoes 🍅 The portion was a bit small, but overall very tasty! 🍝 Room: Very clean, tidy, and has a modern-classic look 🛏️ The only small complaint is that I wish the bathroom countertop were a bit bigger so two people could use it comfortably, and there was a bit more storage space. 🚿

Everything is exceptional, from the room to the breakfast. Excellent!

I really enjoyed my stay and staff are so friendly and helpful. The only problem I faced was when I needed to extend for one more night due the the train crash that affected on my journey, I payed for the extra night more than my full two nights rate which doesn’t make sense honestly.

Too pricy for what it is. Rooms are basic and no nice lighting.
