Rove Downtown

Compared to hotels near the Burj Khalifa, Rove Downtown offers pretty good value for money, especially at reasonable off-season rates. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, though the beds are a bit on the small side. The public areas are decent, and the front desk staff communicated very well. There is a small convenience store on-site, though items are a bit pricey. The highlight is the gym and swimming pool, where you can take photos framed with the skyscrapers in the background. It's also a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall for dining options.

A pleasant and neat hotel with a view of the Burj Khalifa, and a clean pool area. The location is very convenient for those planning to visit the Dubai Mall every day ))) The hotel provides a shuttle service to various locations (to the beach, Mall of the Emirates, etc. — I've attached a photo of the schedule). I walked to the mall in just 7 minutes. Water is replenished daily in the room, and there is a kettle, hair dryer, and tea/coffee making facilities, though dental kits are not provided. There is a restaurant-bar downstairs that serves alcohol, breakfast, and has a pretty good menu.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Clean, stylish, and cozy. The staff are friendly and the check-in was fast. Nice swimming pool and gym. Dubai Mall and the metro are within a 5-10 minute walk. The view from the window is simply amazing!

Excellent hotel, completely met my expectations. The location is super, just a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The rooms are stylish and modern, the air conditioning works quietly, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly; check-in was fast and hassle-free. For the price in the very center of Dubai, this is simply the best option. I will definitely come back here again.

Clean and cozy room with a beautiful view of Downtown. Easy access to the Mall, and the metro is only a 10-minute walk away. They have a pool, gym, and free Wi-Fi. We were on the 13th floor, thanks, Rove!

Excellent value for money!! Service was fantastic!! The location was perfect, within walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and the pool was a great bonus. There's a 24-hour convenience store/supermarket on the ground floor, which was incredibly handy for grabbing water and other essentials without having to venture out in the heat. Very convenient. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally good, even compared to Japan. I was truly impressed. I'm very grateful for how spotlessly clean they kept the room every day. My English isn't great, and I was struggling to understand how to use the washer-dryer from the instructions. A male staff member kindly and patiently showed me how to use it! Thank you very much. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary welcome drinks like chai and Arabic coffee at the front desk. Also, there's a free shuttle bus that runs regularly, and it seems the schedule changes monthly. In September, it went to Dubai Mall and World Trade Centre. In October, destinations like Dubai Frame and the botanical garden were added. However, one minor issue is that the bus isn't very distinctive, so while getting on at the hotel is fine, returning can be tricky. I had a hard time finding the right bus to get back to Rove Downtown from the destinations. I had to ask each bus at the bus stop if it was going to Rove Downtown Hotel, which was quite a hassle. The only distinguishing features were that it was a white van and the driver wore a light blue short-sleeved shirt. And to my great appreciation, the hotel extended my checkout time from 2 PM to 7 PM, as I had a flight at 11 PM. I'm very grateful for their kindness. As recommended on the Rurubu Travel website, this hotel is absolutely a 100-point hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Rove Downtown Dubai. From start to finish, everything was perfect! A huge thank you to Béatrice, as well as the entire hotel team, especially Hosen, for their warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness. All the staff went above and beyond for me. You truly feel valued and treated with great care. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection and great variety. I particularly appreciated how attentive the entire team was to guests' needs and requests. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely return without hesitation on my next trip to Dubai.
