I had two very simple requests on my booking: 1. Two single beds 2. Mid-corridor room (no corridor-end room) Both requests were not fulfilled when I checked-in. Finally I got double bed corridor-end room. I am very disappointed with their service! Their service makes me feel like: they served you with cherry faced but not serving you. Not recommended! The most commendable aspect is the location really closed to the main station, but on the other hand, you can’t sleep late as train would wake you up hard!

Great location. Close to the city center, and right by the old mountain railway station. The Mont Blanc lift is just a five-minute walk away. The view from the window is magnificent. Good breakfast. Nice spa area. I'd happily come back again.

The location is convenient, right next to Montblanc train station, and it's a short walk to the town. The room was a bit small; it was hard to move around once our luggage was open, but the balcony was very comfortable to relax on.

The room did not come with a fridge, and the body soap provided was actually hand soap. Additionally, I wasn’t informed that there would be no air conditioning, and I struggled to find a contact number to request a fan.

Lovely rooms with big balcony enjoying the Mont Blanc. Convenient location close to the train station going to see the glacier and the cave. Nice spa and steam activities.
