Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi - Tokyo Station

I saw some reviews mentioning poor staff attitude when I booked, but the front desk and other staff I encountered during my stay were all very courteous. The only minor issues were that the room wasn't on a high floor and it was an end room. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory. Since I booked early, getting a room for just over 1000 yen a night in this Tokyo location felt like incredible value for money. The Ginza Line Kyobashi Station is just a short walk to the right, and then it's straight to Ginza for super convenient shopping. Turning left and around the corner leads directly to Tokyo Station, which is incredibly convenient for getting to the airport – much more comfortable, stress-free, and even cheaper than taking the subway. If I come back to Tokyo, I would definitely consider staying here again!

This is my go-to hotel in Tokyo, Japan; I've stayed here multiple times. The location is perfect, within walking distance to both Ginza and Tokyo Station. Plus, there are specialty stores for sports brands like Mizuno and Asics nearby, which perfectly met my shopping needs. I communicated my check-in preferences via email in advance, and they even reminded me about the option for online check-in, making the whole process very smooth. Checking in with a QR code was also seamless. The only downside is that breakfast is a bit basic, so don't set your expectations too high. I'll probably just grab something at the coffee shop downstairs or a convenience store next time.
