Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi - Tokyo Station

I booked the wrong room, a smoking room, and had to pay extra to upgrade upon arrival. The service was still very good. We like staying near Kyobashi; it's quite quiet.

The location is superb, about 200 meters from the Ginza Line subway exit, a 6-minute walk to Tokyo Station, and about a 10-minute walk to Ginza. The room size is not small, the front desk staff speak fluent English, and the breakfast is more Western-style, probably because there are many foreign tourists.

The room was small, but the facilities were clean and complete. It's super convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation, being close to the Ginza commercial district and Tokyo Station. Of course, the value for money is exceptional, making it perfect for serious shoppers who don't need a lot of space. The hotel only has two elevators, so sometimes there's a bit of a wait; be sure to factor that in. There are two free bottles of water in the fridge, and a vending machine with drinks is located in a small room next to the elevator, available for purchase anytime. Disposable toiletries can be self-service picked up near the elevator on the second floor.

1️⃣: From Haneda Airport, take the Keisei Line for about 40 minutes to Takaracho Station. Take exit 6, turn left and walk straight until you see the Patagonia store. Keep walking past the store for about 150 meters and you'll arrive. 2️⃣: Didn't book breakfast, so I just went downstairs to Ueshima Coffee Shop.

Not far from JR and subway stations, and a pleasant walk to Ginza. There's a coffee shop downstairs, which is super convenient for breakfast. My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to enjoy the lounge next to the lobby. The room size isn't too small; we could still open both our suitcases.
