LIBER HOTEL OSAKA

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Great location down to Universal Studios, only about 15 minutes walk. Quiet because of the distance. The staff were incredibly helpful, I checked some luggage for storage before check in and when I returned found they'd already taken it to my room for me and even hung up the jacket I left. There was a great deal of care taken. Even my booking request for a quiet room away from the lifts was noted and actioned and the rooms had every little thing you might need or have forgotten available. My only complaint is that I couldn't include more nights there in my trip. It was perfect.

the hotel location is just 3 mins away from sakurajima eki. (benri ) its raining outside & the staff gave me an umbrella to use. i lovevthat the room was clean thanks to the cleaning staff quite & relaxing.. im a foreigner living in japan & its normal for us (majority)to have tattoo its sad that tattoed people cant use the hotspring. i just wish they could allow us to use even late hours but i respect the japanese culture. i enjoyed my stay & will comeback. 2days 1 night was not enough
