The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was super clean – definitely a five-star experience! It was a tiny bit small, but considering the price, it was perfectly fine. Housekeeping was also excellent; they'd thoughtfully ask if I needed cleaning and if it was a good time to come in. My friend and I had separate return dates for two days, and the downstairs entrance required a room card. They patiently helped my friend open the door every single time, so I just had to give them a super good review! They even left a welcome card for me, which made me feel really happy. The room itself was beautifully decorated with a great style, and there was even a phone booth downstairs. It felt a bit like a standalone small building!

We arrived at the hotel on an overnight flight past 1 AM. We hadn't had a chance to exchange Malaysian Ringgit yet, and the hotel staff kindly paid for our taxi, for which we are extremely grateful. The hotel overall was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. They even added us on WeChat to respond to our needs at any time. The room was a little smaller than expected, but it didn't affect our stay at all. There was a small balcony facing the street outside; although there wasn't much of a view, the noise wasn't bad, so we could sleep soundly. We checked out and left the next day, so we didn't get to experience everything in depth, but our overall stay was very good.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with great decor. The bedding is super comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even waited up for us until 4 AM. We absolutely loved our stay, thank you!

A special thank you to Afiq, the staff member, who was warm, attentive, and responded quickly and thoughtfully to our needs, all with great politeness. The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's overall environment was also excellent, with a very exotic feel. The front desk staff had a great attitude. They could communicate normally in English and even offered free airport drop-off.

We stayed here for a layover. There was no deposit required, and although the front desk didn't speak Chinese, they were excellent and communicated perfectly in English. You can store your luggage for free right in the lobby. For toiletries, you just need to ask the front desk. They even added us on WeChat, so if you need anything, you can just message them and a front desk assistant will help. The front desk staff are all fantastic! Check-in is available from 2 PM, and the room was clean. The hotel room even provided small hair ties, pencils, and erasers – everything you could need, which was super nice! The location is a bit off the beaten path, but taxis in Kota Kinabalu are very cheap. It was only 6 ringgit to Gaya Street and 10 ringgit to the beach. This place is great!!!
