"I had a pleasant stay at Promenade Hotel. The location is very convenient right in the city center, close to shopping malls, waterfront attractions, and dining options. It’s a great base for exploring Kota Kinabalu. The lobby and common areas are spacious and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities I needed. The sea view rooms are especially worth it for the sunset views over the waterfront. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options, though the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, everything was good 😊😊😊"

"Nice, comfortable stay with friendly staff. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. However, we booked a room for 4 persons, but only 2 travel kits were provided (2 toothbrushes, 1 comb, etc.). We had to call housekeeping to request additional items. After a long journey, we were quite tired and hoped the room would be fully prepared according to the number of guests. It would be much better if a complete set was provided upon check-in. Breakfast was simple but nice, which we appreciated. One downside is the parking fee, which is quite expensive — RM30 per day for front shop parking and RM15 for basement parking. Hopefully, the hotel can look into improving or offering better parking rates for guests."
