The Greenwich Hotel

The Greenwich Hotel was everything I dreamed it would be. An absolutely incredible stay in NYC. Not only is the hotel beautiful, it is like stepping into a secret garden of sorts, a haven amidst the hustle and bustle. Additionally, all the staff we interacted with treated us with the kindness and an elevated level of hospitality. The room itself was superb, it had everything we needed and was profoundly comfortable. I could have slept the whole time in that bed had the city not called me to explore! As many have mentioned, I also appreciated the special touches in the room, hand written welcome, high quality bath products, complimentary beverages, and need I say the twizzlers!? These little touches, although simple, add that extra level of thoughtfulness which goes a long way. In terms of food and dining, we enjoyed the breakfast each morning in the green courtyard. Coffee 10/10! Lastly, the spa! I know many go specifically to the Greenwich for the spa and I can understand why. Although they were pretty booked, I was able to get in one appointment for a massage and enjoyed the beautiful amenities of the spa. A very tranquil place and the pool was divine. Overall staying here was such a lovely experience. I would 100% recommend it and will certainly return. Until next time!

The Greenwich Hotel has, quite simply, ruined us for any other hotel splurge in NYC. The staff is just amazing and so welcoming, the rooms are incredible (stocked snacks and soft drinks at no charge? UNHEARD OF), the bathroom is luxurious with great water pressure, and the lounge and lobby are so relaxing and beautiful. The courtyard was closed for the Winter, but it looked gorgeous. The pool and spa services are unmatched, and it is such a serene environment. Don't bother looking around anywhere else for a special stay and feeling pampered the entire time - THIS is the place. The room service and lobby food were delicious, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed to maximize living space. Requests are fulfilled quickly and with care, and there are many perks that come with your stay - house car, in room coffee and tea kettle/service, great marble soaking tub by request in your room, and all of the soft spaces, including the pool relaxation area. The neighborhood is awesome, with lots of small shopping places and unique spots to eat, as well as easy access to the WTC sites and memorial. We will definitely be back again and again.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of your visit is excellent. Even when an issue arises, they make sure it is resolved. I would highly recommend staying here.

Possibly the best hotel in the world! Have stayed at the Greenwich numerous times—-it is home away etc. Every employee is there to insure that your experience is optimal. No request goes unfulfilled. 5 bells or stars always

Another wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. It had been a while since we last visited but this hotel continues to provide excellent service to its’ guests. The rooms are extremely comfortable and I love the fact that they don’t charge for snacks and soft drinks provided in the room. Housekeeping is excellent and the showers are outstanding! Ultimately though what sets this hotel apart from many other 5 star hotels in Manhattan is the staff. We were greeted with warmth and helpfulness from everyone we came into contact with and this translates into a wonderful atmosphere. There is nowhere else I would consider staying when in NYC!

A quick stay , and too short to just spend only one night here. Super location for accessing NYs trendiest neighborhoods, less frantic than mid town, and the hotel was a true oasis of calm, charm and class. This is one to add to your list, if you've only stayed in the usual brands and usual locations, then the Greenwich will convince you that boutique is best when visiting New York. Top marks all round, and the staff were so nice and genuine,the icing on the cake .
