Our first stop in Spain, and we rested so well! The atmosphere was great, the service was excellent, and the room was spacious. They even gave us a gift when they found out we were on our honeymoon. Highly recommend~

Although the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, it's clean, tidy, and has a warm, festive Christmas atmosphere. The front desk and lobby staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. My room had a terrace, offering beautiful views of Madrid city during sunrise and sunset. The floor attendant was exceptional; if I missed the cleaning time, she'd thoughtfully leave her cart by my door so I could grab water and supplies myself. She really went above and beyond! It's also very convenient to explore the commercial district and large supermarkets nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
