Sunshine Yi Hotel Haitang Bay, Sanya (previously a 1 Hotel)

The public areas have exquisite greenery, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. There was a lovely scent as soon as I walked in. I could see the sea right from the bed, and Wuzhizhou Island was visible from the left balcony. The right balcony had a small sofa, perfect for enjoying the cool sea breeze! I could even see the sea from the bathtub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our butler, Minnie, was responsible and attentive, always responding promptly to our requests. The Sky Bar staff were also lovely and spoke in a very pleasant manner. The breakfast was fantastic, and the freshly baked bread was delicious. Spending the evening at the pool was very relaxing, and it was generous of them to offer free inflatable rings. There was even a small speaker in the room, so playing music while watching the sea was an absolute delight! I highly recommend this room type; it's truly close to the sea! Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Let me start by saying that I mostly use Qunar, but while planning this trip, I discovered that Trip.com offers a concierge service. So, I booked the two most expensive hotels through them for easier communication. And indeed, the concierge, Minnie, contacted me in advance and reserved a room for me, which was a huge help, especially since it's peak season and I would have had to wait otherwise. Her attitude was excellent throughout, always proactively solving any issues 👍 Thumbs up to her! 😊👍 Sunny One was the most satisfying hotel of this trip. We booked a pool access room, which was incredibly convenient. There were few people, so we could enjoy ourselves however we wanted. Before arriving, I was worried the first floor might be damp, but it wasn't at all. We even encountered a giant snail, which my child absolutely loved and watched for a long time. Sunny One's breakfast was truly exceptional 👍 It even surpassed some well-established five-star hotels. The outdoor environment of the hotel is also great, with many picturesque spots. The complimentary afternoon tea was also delightful, and watching the sunset from the swings on the ninth floor was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. The beach was a 10-minute walk away, so we only went once in the evening, as it was too hot during the day. The wind in Haitang Bay is really strong; umbrellas don't stand a chance. Summary: Excellent, I'll definitely go again!

Thanks to our butler Nick for being so responsive and accommodating. This is my second visit, and the breakfast, the 'Green House' (restaurant name?), and 'Yimian' (another restaurant?) were all delicious. The cleaning staff even folded our clothes, and the lobby smelled lovely. Everything was great, except for the mosquitoes being a bit numerous.

The hotel's philosophy is environmental protection, with eco-friendly decorations throughout the park and in the rooms. The breakfast is amazing, and the freshly squeezed juice is delicious – truly the best breakfast among luxury hotels in Sanya. The infinity pool is perfect for photos, and the view from the Sky Bar is beautiful. To get to the beach, you need to go through the hotel's underground passage, which is less than a 10-minute walk and very convenient. This hotel is more suitable for couples looking for a quiet getaway. Hope to come back again next time!

The hotel is filled with green aesthetics, and the insect control is excellent! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧ The garden decorations are very artistic, with both negative space and lush vibrancy. The butler service is very attentive. A special shout-out to Butler Lena for her excellent service, including a welcome gift and bath product samples. The breakfast is abundant, and the afternoon tea is exquisitely decorated. The hotel uses Panpuri for its bath products, which have a lovely herbal scent. It's unique and different from traditional five-star hotels, making you feel like you're part of a natural garden.

The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive, and the environment is quiet with few children. The transparent pool is incredibly comfortable, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. Overall, it's perfect for adults traveling without children and offers great value for money!

Everything about this hotel was outstanding, definitely a solid 10/10! Absolutely the king of value for money, I wasn't disappointed at all. It was a perfect trip. The transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. For a quiet vacation, choosing Haitang Bay was definitely the right decision! 👍

Traveling solo on vacation, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The housekeeper, Nick, was very responsive and reliable online. The room offered excellent privacy, was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were in good working order. The hotel environment was safe and quiet, which made me feel very secure staying alone. Any questions I had were answered patiently and promptly. It was easy to get around and enjoy my vacation by myself. This place is perfect for solo travelers.

This hotel offers a fantastic stay, and I've chosen it every time I've visited, which is about five or six times now. Why? First off, the staff are incredibly welcoming and their communication is always gentle and pleasant, with prompt responses. Minnie, in particular, is exceptionally patient and thoughtful. Secondly, the rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities are complete and functional. Lastly, the entire hotel is lush with greenery, creating a wonderful ambiance. Plus, they have our favorite '网红' (internet-famous) infinity pool, which is spacious and relaxing. Overall, it's a quiet and delightful place, full of holiday vibes. My whole family feels comfortable here; we don't even want to leave the hotel. We'll definitely be back!
