Everything was satisfactory. Despite our exhausting itinerary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff: the doorman who even saw us off to our taxi after check-out; the two staff members in the breakfast restaurant who expressed genuine sadness upon hearing it was our last day; and everyone who greeted us with a smile every single day. It feels like they truly know how to touch a customer's heart. If I ever get the chance to visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here once more. :) Wishing all the staff members continued health and happiness. Thank you.

The room location is great, with plenty of restaurants and spas nearby. The service is excellent, and there's free afternoon tea every day with slight variations. On Saturdays, they even have traditional Vietnamese performances.

The hotel services is excellent, all the staffs are helpful and polite, especially the doorman, some will run to call lift before we approach to room hotel. The room is quiet and clean. The inconvenience part is the sitting toilet space is too small, not comfortable when using it.
