MERCURE NANJING DOWNTOWN

Attended a concert, the service was excellent, and the transportation was very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nanjing.

Every time I come to Nanjing, I stay here. The hotel isn't huge, but for being right in the city center, the room is incredibly quiet, which is truly surprising. The front desk staff are efficient, and they even offer souvenirs and departure fruit. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Avoid this place, not recommended! I have photos and videos to prove it. I was woken up by construction workers at 6 AM, just as dawn was breaking. After the room got wet, there was a horrible fishy smell, like the cleaning lady used a dirty mop. The bathroom reeked of urine. Downstairs, a renovation crew was making a racket, starting construction at 6 AM on a weekend with drilling and all sorts of noise. Even earplugs didn't help. For over 800 [currency unit], there are many better hotel options nearby! Sleep quality is so crucial for someone who needs to be out and about the next day. Avoid at all costs!

The room overall was great. This is my second time staying here, and it's always a reliable choice for me. It's only a five-minute walk from Deji Plaza, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. Next time I'm in Nanjing, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Deji Plaza, with an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The lobby offers complimentary ice drinks and snacks all day, which is an absolute lifesaver when you walk into the hotel after experiencing Nanjing's heat. The room isn't huge but perfectly adequate, and the hygiene is good, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It's a hotel with excellent value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near a transportation hub and just a short walk to the mall. The breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of options. The room had great natural light. Ordering food delivery was also super easy, with a robot delivering it right to the room.
