For my last stop in Kunming during my Yunnan trip, I chose this Atour Hotel. It's located behind Kunming Old Street and across from Shuncheng Shopping Plaza, and the subway entrance is just a 3-minute walk away, making shopping, strolling, and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff understood my preference for a quiet environment and showed me two rooms before I made my choice. They also recommended some nearby Yunnan specialty restaurants, which I really appreciate! 👍

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is incredible, right in the city center. The back door opens directly onto the old street, so you can easily walk out and soak in the atmosphere of the old town. It's also super close to Cuihu Lake, and a taxi ride to feed the seagulls takes no time at all – getting around is completely hassle-free. Downstairs is a food paradise, with tons of snack shops and a lively night market; it was so enjoyable to stroll around looking for food in the evening!
The room was clean and tidy, feeling comfortable and reassuring everywhere. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which actually included local specialty snacks that tasted authentic – I was so satisfied every morning! The service was also very thoughtful, no complaints at all throughout my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

I had a wonderful stay at Atour X Hotel Kunming Old Street Wuyi Road. The entire place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay truly comfortable from the moment I checked in.
The staff deserve special praise — they were friendly, patient, and always ready to help, even though we communicated in different languages. Their warm service really made a difference.
The hotel is also great for families. The environment feels safe, the rooms are spacious, and everything is set up to make family travel easy and stress-free.
