Mitsui Garden Hotel Ueno - Tokyo

Hotel located at Ueno, opposite of JR station Ueno, or Exit 1 of Ginza Line, G16 Ueno station. After Exit 1, turn right, hotel entrance just right beside. No toiletries provided in room but able to grab them in front of the lift. Hotel staff are friendly, English speaking is okay. They give good recommendation for courier service for luggage and help us do the booking, arrangement. Ameyoko walking street just nearby with 5-8 mins walk. Donki is about 10-15 mins away.

Location is great! Surprised to see tokyo skytree from our room! Room is also just nice for a family of 3. Hotel staff are nice and helpful too!

Location: Super convenient location. Around a 600-meter walk to Ameyoko Market via the pedestrian bridge, passing through Ueno Station. It is also within walking distance to Takeya (Purple Building). Room: The room is spacious enough to fully open a large suitcase. However, the room feels quite old and had an unpleasant smell. Considering the price of around THB 10,000 per night, it did not meet expectations. Breakfast: The weakest point of the stay. Very limited choices and not much variety. Service: The staff provided excellent service — very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Hotel is easy to find, will be good if Trip.com puts which Ueno station exit to use as we didn’t know of elevator to use… Overall we love this hotel and love the view from our room of the train station! Will highly recommend & did you know that u can join as a member to extend yr check out time by 2hrs more?

Apart from the location is great, the bathroom smells, wifi was poor and the laundry machines takes about 3-4 hour to properly dry

I really liked this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room felt new. There was enough space to open two suitcases, and all basic amenities were provided. Very convenient location with direct access to the subway exit 1 and easy connection from the Keisei Line. Near a convenience store, and the area is quiet and peaceful.

Hotel is small but good location . It’s near ueno station. Many shops around there.
