Dunhuang Hotel Grand Hotel

I found this hotel temporarily on my first day in Dunhuang. The price/performance ratio is quite high and the location is good. The hotel is divided into two buildings, A and B. There is only one person at the front desk and it is very busy. The action is very fast, the service is also very good, and you get a free upgrade when you check in. The only drawback is that the pillows are dirty and not clean. Please help to replace them and let me get spare pillows in the room. There may be fewer staff in the peak season, so my senses are not good. Spare I don’t know how long the pillow has been there.

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The staff's enthusiastic service makes you feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities, which made me feel more relaxed. The hotel lobby is decorated with Dunhuang characteristics. As soon as you enter the door, you will feel like you are at home. The waiter enthusiastically handed over a towel and a cup of tea full of love. The most important thing is that it also provides airport pick-up service. It is very close to the airport and train station, only ten minutes' drive away.

I went on my honeymoon and stayed in Dunhuang for 5 days. Overall, the hotel room was quite large and the breakfast was good. However, the hygiene was not meticulous enough. There were hairs on the floor, stains on the toilet, and the water leaked slowly. Also, when I extended my stay the next day, my aunt just made the bed and didn't change the bathroom doormat.

Stayed for 3 consecutive nights and felt very good. The lady at the front desk is very kind and the hotel is very new. The room is large, with ample heating and hot water. It's a bit far from the city, but a taxi only costs a few dollars. The overall feeling is good value for money.
