Chimelong Circus Hotel

Extremely satisfied! 👍 Two adults came to visit, and the hotel environment was quite good. Since it's the off-season, there weren't many people. The front desk lady even upgraded our room type. It was also my birthday during our stay, and I received a rainbow 🌈 birthday cake 🎂, which was absolutely delicious 😋. The hotel is very close to the park, convenient, and great value for money. The shower water pressure was excellent and very comfortable 😌.

Although it's advertised as a family-friendly hotel, the staff were incredibly unfriendly towards children. My child was ignored at the concierge desk when trying to pick up a package; they completely disregarded him until an adult stepped forward. Then, and only then, did they pay attention. The room hygiene was appalling, with a strong musty smell, and the bathroom also stank. In the evening, the room turned into a waterfall – it was disgusting. The service staff had terrible attitudes, especially the repairman who came to fix the leaking roof; he acted like he was owed a million dollars. We had to hastily move rooms at 8 PM due to the leak, and I accidentally left some items behind. The hotel staff, seeing that I had already checked out, completely refused to help send them via a delivery service. I will never stay here again. One-star review!

The room was satisfactory, but it would have been even better with free Wi-Fi. The window in the room faced the interior of the hotel, so there was no distant view. The sliding door in the bathroom was too heavy for children to open and close by themselves, which could be an issue for families with kids.

This place isn't really suitable for very young children. They don't offer special kids' meals for toddlers, like unsalted and sugar-free options for kids under two, and there's nowhere to buy them, not even at any of the attractions. Also, the ceramic cups in the room aren't safe for toddlers. So, it's really not ideal for young children, especially those under two. The height restrictions for attractions are also super strict, often set above 89cm. If a child is, say, close to 80cm or around 80cm, and they're not cooperating with the height measurement, they won't be allowed in. I also have to complain about their buffet. It's really bad, especially the dinner buffet at the Circus Hotel – it was truly awful! Breakfast was just okay, barely acceptable since it was included. But for dinner, especially with things like crayfish, it definitely wasn't worth the price.

Overall, the room was good. As a Chimelong Platinum member, I received a room upgrade. The only issues were a slight odor on the bedsheets, which they changed for me in the middle of the night, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. They even gave me a small gift after checking out, so I'm quite satisfied.

The Circus Hotel's circus theme is fantastic and full of childlike fun, making it perfect for family trips. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and it's very close to Ocean Kingdom, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with fast speeds, so browsing travel guides or watching videos is seamless. The staff provides thoughtful service, and the overall stay was great. It's definitely the top choice for family travel!

Before our stay, the customer service was very patient and listened to our needs, arranging a satisfactory room for us. The hotel's little card-collecting activity was really fun; both adults and children had a great time. The staff were friendly. It was a pleasant trip. The alpacas and ponies in the hotel garden are absolutely adorable!

We were two adults and one child staying in a twin room. We stayed for two nights and found out that if you opted out of housekeeping, you'd get a gift, but we forgot to call! They made the beds and replenished toiletries when they did clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene was decent. The package included Chimelong Show and access to two parks, so it was excellent value for a three-day trip.

Taking advantage of the tail end of the holiday, I brought my child to Zhuhai Chimelong for a visit. I did a lot of research online, and staying inside the park was the most convenient option for getting around, saving a lot of travel time. So, I checked into the Chimelong Circus Hotel, which offered the best value for money and was super convenient for accessing the park. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, and the room facilities were complete, with vibrant colors that my child loved. There's a guardrail on the side of the bed to prevent young children from falling off while sleeping, which is a thoughtful touch. For Wi-Fi, you just need to scan the QR code on the hotel receipt, follow their official account, and verify with your phone number. This experience was excellent, and I'll definitely come again.
