We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The hotel is very well located, with excellent amenities and close to the mosque. Overall, the facilities are what you would expect from a Hilton. Price is obviously a big factor, but otherwise it is a very good option given its location and nearby amenities. There is also a nice restaurant outside, along with a direct connection into the mall, which has a wide range of shops and supermarkets.

Everything else were good but the lift is a hassle. Too crowded, lobby also with lots of people in and out . Location superb. Housekeeping very good. Very impressive except for the lifts quite slow and way too crowded.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location is very close to the Haram. However, we were very disapointed by the mediocre breakfast (very few types of food to choose from and what's even worse, refilling food is very infeequent) and the very slow wifi (10 mbps at this day and age and in such a high end hotel!!). Overall, the hotel met our expectations in certainareas but was way bellow expectations for the price in others. We're definetly not coming back.

Great impressive hotel. A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it. We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic. Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect.
