Bless Madrid - The Leading Hotels of the World

This is my second time here, and it's still good. The only thing is, this time I was on the first floor, and the party downstairs on Friday and Saturday was a bit noisy. The sound really travels through the walls. If possible, try to avoid first-floor rooms. Last time I was on the second floor and it was very quiet. As always, the spa and sauna are perfect – very quiet with no one around.

The environment is elegant and the service is attentive.

The hotel itself was nice. There was construction across from my room during the day, but the glass was soundproof for delivery. The frustrating thing was that I only drank two bottles of the complimentary mineral water upon check-out and clearly informed the front desk that I hadn't used the minibar, yet I was still charged €57. I contacted the hotel through Ctrip, and for three days and two nights, the hotel kept making excuses, saying they were verifying the situation. This level of service efficiency makes me seriously doubt whether the hotel's management is paralyzed.

Very noisy. Someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night. I don't know if he was drunk.
