Swissôtel Sanya Yalong Bay

Our stay at the Sanya Yalong Bay Swiss Hotel was absolutely worthwhile. Choosing this hotel was a fantastic decision. Check-in was smooth, and any assistance we needed during our stay was handled promptly. The hotel has a beautiful garden-style setting with a very elegant atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel boasts three swimming pools; I frequently used the large pool #2. The dining options were extensive, and we enjoyed trying the local cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location is super convenient, right near Baihua Valley Commercial Street, making it incredibly easy to find great food with lots of dining options. The staff were also very attentive and detail-oriented, and service responses were incredibly quick. The room was clean, and the hotel's environment is beautiful. Strolling around the area and enjoying the scenery was very pleasant. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel lobby is absolutely spectacular, like a Forbidden City! Our room was clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient amenities. The service was top-notch; the front desk staff were warm, efficient, and pretty much granted every request. What really stood out was the affordable price, plus the super large swimming pool. My kids wanted to spend all day in it, swimming under the sun and feeling its warm glow – it was so delightful! Guests also get free parking. This Sanya trip was incredibly satisfying!

The hotel environment is incredibly clean, which made me feel very comfortable. It gave me a homelike feeling. All the staff members were polite, warm, and attentive. Parking was also very convenient. The front desk service was excellent; they proactively offered to upgrade us to a bigger room. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the toiletries and facilities were complete. Although it's close to a commercial street, it was very quiet, and the room had good soundproofing, so it didn't disturb my sleep.

It's very close to Baihuagu Commercial Street, making dining and entertainment super convenient. It's also very quiet at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. The view outside the window is all green, which is very suitable for a vacation. It's also convenient if you're traveling with kids, as the hotel has a children's play area that the kids absolutely loved. The overall experience was excellent, and the butler service was superb. They even gave us a free room upgrade and a late check-out. This will definitely be our first choice next time we're in the area. 👍👍
