This hotel has a very Muji-esque vibe, and the environment looks really comfortable. The breakfast is also plentiful. Its location right next to Takashimaya and not far from Daimaru Department Store makes shopping super convenient. Plus, you can walk to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and other attractions within 30 minutes!

I stayed at your hotel from January and am submitting this formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of front desk staff member Mr. Wu. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's super convenient, just across the street from Kawaramachi Station. Takashimaya department store is right next door, and downstairs you'll find all sorts of food and pharmacies. The popular handicraft building is also directly opposite. True to its name, the hotel is very Japanese, environmentally friendly, and clean.

Extremely convenient location. Hotel 3F connected to the department store. Department store lift to B1 connected to Hankyu railway to Osaka. Easy to find taxi outside of the hotel. Many restaurants around the area. The room is big in Japan standard. Our room has a cozy sofa corner. The shower and deep bathtub is great for relaxation. The hotel breakfast is also nice and offer a great selection of food. Extended check out time cost 2000yen per hr. It allows flexibility.

An experience that exceeded my expectations! It seems there are only two garden-view rooms per floor, and the balconies are fully equipped and well-utilized, not just for show. As a Virgo detail-freak, I absolutely loved it! My friend and I were both very satisfied. The room facilities were amazing in every aspect! The location is excellent, within walking distance of famous attractions like Gion. The super popular dumpling restaurant across the street had no line when we went between 4-5 PM! It was delicious! However, the hotel's front desk staff and servers didn't seem to have much hotel experience; they were a bit unfamiliar and didn't quite understand service. Our room key didn't even work upon check-in... but they all had very good attitudes.

Located right next to Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station and the Takashimaya department store area, this hotel is super convenient.
