"The location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station. The hotel provides complimentary toiletries for guests, and the front desk staff are very welcoming and explain everything clearly. They can communicate in basic English. We booked a double room this time, and it was quite comfortable. There was still plenty of space even with our luggage open. You can also store your bags at the front desk. I'd definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Kyoto!"

"Extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is supposedly renovated, and while the bathroom looked a bit older, it was still very clean. There's a large public bath on the top floor, which we were told uses hot spring water. We went both days. On the first day, we went quite early, around 7 AM, and it was empty, so the water felt very clean. To be honest, it wasn't as clean on the second day. All the toiletries were Dove, and the shampoo was surprisingly good. My child has curly hair, and after using it, their hair was smooth and easy to comb. Furthermore, the hotel is very family-friendly. They arranged a room with a sofa for our family of three and provided amenities like a yukata and slippers for our child. They even gave our child a gift set and a coin for a gashapon machine. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive (but compared to the Japanese hotels we stayed at later, this one's breakfast was more to our liking), but it covered all the basics. The hotel is located near Gojo, which is a quiet area. Do note that the nearest subway exit doesn't have an elevator. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"A good hotel. Not far from Kyoto Station. The room is comfortable, with two beds, complimentary water, and air conditioning for heating. Many rooms overlook the wall. We only stayed overnight, so we weren't too upset, but it would have been nice to have been warned. The bidet by the toilet didn't work, which was disappointing. There's a shared kitchenette with free tea and coffee, and you can make coffee in your car. There's a microwave. Overall, we liked it. There's also a place a 7-minute walk from the hotel where you can leave your luggage, and they'll deliver it to your room for free. We liked that kind of service."

"The hotel has left only positive emotions interior design is just delicious, feels thoughtful of every detail and quality material finish. From the first minutes, touching care was struck: When we were inhabited, we were waiting for welcome sweets and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks cold tea and lemonade. Daily cleaning at the top level is always clean, fresh towels and pijamas, regularly replenished drinking water. And what stunning thermal zones here is just a fairy tale: cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, perfect temperature. Every evening with pleasure went to spa it became a favorite ritual after a long day of walking around Kyoto. There are small moments that I would like to know in advance: In our standard room with two separate beds windows were in a matt film, which makes it impossible to understand what is happening on the street time of day, weather. Also I would like to have the opportunity to open the window for access to fresh air when I addressed the resepschen with a question about the window, they immediately reacted and brought in the Dyson air moisturizer room, which significantly improved the microclimate and make staying more comfortable. Very valuable when staff try to come to help and solve any questions! But despite these nuances, the hotel recommends to friends and on the next trip I will surely consider it again! "The room was spacious and new, perfect for a family of three. The decor was simple, and the facilities were complete, including a Panasonic washer-dryer, which made laundry super convenient. The wet and dry areas were separate, making it easy to wash up. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were at opposite ends of the room, quite far apart."

"This is my first time to Japan, there is a convenience store near the hotel 2 streets, there is a 24 supermarket across 4 streets. When I stayed at CHECK IN on the first night, the staff was very friendly, and the English was fluent. There was no problem with communication. I told us to clean the room once on the 3rd. The room was not fine, the bed was very comfortable, but there was no bathtub, but the wet and dry separation design was very intimate, I loved the design of the door. It is an iron door sign. We stayed for four days and three nights. On the third day, we posted a sign on the door to inform the hotel to clean. As a result, we just helped you drop the garbage, changed the bathrobe and towel. The quilt was covered with ... and the floor was not cleaned. The messed location was not put. The long hair of the son-in-law is completely cleaned in the toilet and on the ground. The towel that is changed to you is thrown directly at the side of the sink. It is not neat at all. Environmental cleaning is really very special. Is every Japanese hotel like this? When I left the hotel, I hope the hotel waiter will help me call TAXI. The result is 15 minutes, and I will call you UBER.. The waiter is not good in English this time. The chicken and the duck talk about ... Finally, we catch the plane and go to sit on SUBWAY. The rooms are on the smaller side but fully equipped. Thumbs up for the facial treatment kit – everything was clearly arranged (1/2/3/4). The bath salts were even made into effervescent tablets – a brilliant touch!"
