Super nice staff!! The hotel rooms were very clean and felt safe to be in. Breakfast in the morning was good! Highly recommend staying here

I arrived at 22 and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes and left the place. There was no contact option (bell). The group sat in the lobby felt uncomfortable for me.

I checked in later in the evening and at first, the room appeared clean however, in the morning I noticed two small bugs in the bathroom. The following day there was a bug crawling on my shoe in the bedroom. I had to press the button very hard and multiple times on the TV remote in order to change the channel. The coffee maker did not have the filter basket so I wasn't able to use it. The bed was comfortable, plenty of outlets in the room and great lighting. I went downstairs Sunday morning at 6:15 a.m. to get coffee. Both urns were full but the coffee was very cold as if it had been made the day prior yet breakfast had started at 6:00 a.m. I went back to the room and returned at 6:40 and the urns were gone. I returned at 7:00, but still no coffee. It was finally being brought out of the kitchen area at 7:10. Very disappointing especially since it was Sunday morning and the place was busy. On Monday morning, the coffee was lukewarm again disappointing. Breakfast options are good. I've stayed in this hotel a few times and this was the first time I've had issues.

Smelled like a sewage issue all throughout the hotel. Water wouldn’t drain from the shower. Super gross, don’t book here.

TV didn't work properly: had to turn it on by switch on TV, couldn't turn it off except by unplugging. Bathtub stopper didn't work. Shower turn-on switch worked but filled the tub too. Towel rack fell off wall. Elevator control button didn't work properly.

The Pool was out of Service. The Hot water took 30 minutes to come through. Staff was useless. The a/c you couldn’t turn down but shut off in middle of the night. The carpet was sticky on your Flip Flops. The elevator was disgusting not cleaned. The vent in bathroom looked Moldy. The floor in the buffet was sticky floors dirty. The Orange juice tasted rancid. Absolutely STAY AWAY. No where near $160 a night. I was sickened at the thought of having to stay here. Never Ever Again! I thought Hampton Inn was a upscale chain, well not this location at All. Management should be embarrassed and above All the CEO or President of this location needs to pay a visit. I’m definitely Bot impressed and I will Never stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Nice rooms . Very comfortable beds . Staff was very nice . Continental breakfast was also a good start to the day . Our only issue was upon checkout we had been 7.74 on our credit card . We were told by the front desk person it was a fee that was charged to each room to maintain the parking lot . We were like …>what. My sister and I both asked for the charge to be removed by the manager . We were told it’s in print somewhere on the website . That my be true , but who reads every little item of the book that’s on a site . If the hotel needs parking maintenance money , it should be included in the hotel fee and not appear as a ridiculous chrge at checkout .

Average hotel in a good location. Rooms are very tired and dated looking but it was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Property needs an update. Furniture in room was worn and not up to Hilton Standards. Last night of my stay I was up and down from the noise inside and outside of the property. If the room had not been booked by employer I would have left the property in the middle of the night and found another.
